WOMERSLEY IRONSTONE CHIMNEY MORTAR PREMIXED HYDRAULIC LIME MORTAR

Factory blended Natural Hydraulic Lime Mortar with an eminently strong NHL 5 binder from Socli blended with kiln dried Grit and River sand, which are 4mm down. The sands are prewashed to remove sediment before being dried and the result is a very workable mortar with reduced risk of shrinkage.

Ironstone Chimney mortar uses Socli Natural Hydraulic Lime as it is one of the strongest NHL5’s available and ensures the mortar is resistant to foot traffic and adverse weather conditions. The flagstone mortar is batch blended for consistency, naturally coloured and the aggregates provide a unique and robust texture.

Suitable in building conservation where a strong binder strength is required to protect the integrity of the flagstones.
