Knauf Sound Panel offers improved levels of sound performance making it ideal for residential applications to reduce or stop noise transfer between neighbouring rooms.

  • At a density of 10kg/m2, Knauf Sound Panel can be used in conjunction with Robust Details and is Part E compliant.
  • Ideal for ceilings in acoustic floors
  • Approved Document E partitions
  • Helps reduce passage of sound
  • Plasterboard is easy to score and snap for rapid installation
  • No specialist tools required for scoring and snapping, just use a Stanley Knife and a straight edge
  • Complete the joints with Knauf Plasterboard Joint tape and ready mixed Knauf Fill & Finish Light
  • If you prefer to mix your jointing compound then use either Knauf Fill and Finish 60 or 30 Premium, Knauf Joint Cement Premium or Knauf joint Filler Premium
  • Blue face with a white core for ease of identification
  • Product must be stored flat, and be protected from inclement weather
