A 26mm high carbon steel hinge boring bit for drilling the blind holes for concealed cabinet hinges in kitchen, bedroom and bathroom doors. Works in natural timber, MDF, chipboard and melamine board, used in a stand-mounted drill; better suited to occasional jobs than repetitive work in man-made boards.
